If you are having issues with low range or a completely non-functional scooter due to battery issues, you may need to replace the battery.
This guide shows how to Replace the external battery/BMS for the following scooters:

Yours may still work and just not be listed.
Accessing the Battery
Two screws hold the external battery on the bracket.
These are either security hex or regular hex.

Once you have the battery removed, the new one can be placed on.
If you have an error about a firmware mismatch just update the firmware using ScooterHacking Utility.
