The Ninebot D28J is a budget scooter made by Ninebot.
It is the middle end of the Ninebot D Series, with the larger model being the Ninebot D38E, while the smaller model is the Ninebot D18E.
The J on the end signifies that this is a Japan regional exclusive, with other regional exclusive models being the Ninebot D28E and Ninebot D28U.
The Japan regional version seems to come with more attachments such as a rearview mirror, reflected in the heavier weight compared to other regions.
