Ninebot NEE1006-M Firmware

Starting around the release of the Ninebot Max G2, a second version of the Ninebot NEE1006-M battery for the Ninebot Max G30 and Ninebot Max G2 scooters was released.

The Gen 2 has an STM32-based MCU instead of the STM8 MCU from the original.
