It is the lowest end of the Ninebot D Series, with the larger model being the Ninebot D28 (other regions have one more, such as the Ninebot D38U/Ninebot D38E).
This model is the W region code, possibly standing for worldwide/not speed limited.
There exists two other regional variations, that being the D18E, and the D18U.
