I recently completed by 48v Ninebot G30/max build.
I plan on writing a full tutorial soon with pictures.
Here are some pictures of the completed build as viewed from the outside.
The battery is a little scuffed on the inside and some of the plastic is torn because I initially wasn’t using the battery bag.
I’ve been riding it for roughly two and a half years now, while its a lot of fun to be able to go 25mph+ (almost 30mph with a gen 2 motor), its definitely more dangerous.
The only hardware fault I’ve had was a blown controller because I didn’t repair a bad solder joint and it kept disconnecting mid ride.

Hi,
I haven’t come across any spins at impound or auction in a while so I can’t speak for modern spins if the one you bought was impounded recently there may be more steps needed.
In all likelihood you will probably only have to STLink the BMS, ESC, and BLE.
Any tutorial for that process?
As of right now, I do not, I may be making a new battery for a friend in the future and I will document it then.
