DRV 1.5.4 was the fourth update for the Ninebot Max.

Official Changelog

1. To adapt to German regulations, disabled the software lock function of German models.
2. Optimized vehicle power performance.
3. Improve firmware stability[1]

User Notes

Like the previous update, DRV 1.5.1, this version removes some more features on German and some European regions/serials.

The ability to "lock" the scooter through Bluetooth was disabled for these regions.
