This page documents Error 11 for the Ninebot Max G30, G30P, and G30D, as well as the rental models SNSC 2.0 and SNSC 2.1.

Cause
I have not experienced this error code yet, so I'm not entirely sure what causes it.
Fix
A new ESC should fix it but as mentioned, I haven't seen this error so I can't say for sure.
