Cause

This error is likely caused by the USB ports drawing more than 3A on the USB-A ports or more than 5A on the USB-C ports.

Fix

Disconnect the USB devices

Make sure the devices connected to the USB ports are not drawing more than the rated amperage and that there are no issues with the cables connecting them.
