Cause

This error is likely caused by a communication failure between the battery pack and the main control unit.

Fix

1. Turn off the power station and check if the battery pack is
connected properly.

2. Restart the power station.
Note: if the error code still exists after operating with the above
methods, the battery pack might have been damaged.

Confirm that the connection between the battery unit is not loose.
