Cause

This error is likely caused by the unit being above its 113f/45c operating temperature.

Fix

Please cool down the battery

Make sure the battery is not in direct sun and its cooling fans are not blocked.

If nothing is obstructing the vents and the ambient temperature is not high, there may be a hardware issue that will need to be remedied by segway.
