Cause

This error is likely caused by a Max Pro/Plus (SNSC 2.2+) being flashed with retail firmware.

The following models are not compatible with retail firmware and will likely throw an error 45 if that is attempted:

• Ninebot SNSC 2.2
• Ninebot SNSC 2.2A
• Ninebot SNSC 2.2B
• Ninebot SNSC 2.3
• Ninebot SNSC 2.3.2
• Ninebot SNSC 2.3.3
• Ninebot SNSC 2.4
• Ninebot SNSC 3.0

Fix

These scooters are not intended to be flashed with retail firmware.

Some have reported success with moving the wheel slightly on startup.

The error would have to be manually patched out in a custom firmware otherwise.
