Error 13 on a Ninebot ESX.

"Wheel Hub Motor C Phase Current sampling is Abnormal, please check the main Control Board"

Cause

The cause of these 3 errors (11, 12, and 13) is currently unknown.

Fix

As the cause is unknown, the only currently known way to solve error 11 is to replace the control board.
