Next Error Code: Okai Error Code 02E

Cause

Error code 01E indicates that the current has exceeded the safe operating limit. This could be caused by:

  • Excessive load: The motor is being overloaded (e.g., trying to climb a steep hill, carrying too much weight).
  • Short circuit: There might be a short circuit in the motor windings or in the wiring connected to the motor.
  • Faulty controller: The motor controller (ECU) might be malfunctioning, causing it to send an excessive current to the motor.

Fix

  • Reduce load: If you are carrying heavy items or attempting to climb steep hills, try to reduce the load on the motor.
  • Check for short circuits: Inspect the motor wiring and connections for any signs of short circuits or damage.
  • Replace the controller: If the problem persists, the controller (ECU) might be faulty and need to be replaced.
