Cause

Error code 27E indicates that the Battery Management System (BMS) is not sending out a regular heartbeat signal to the meter. This could be due to:

• Faulty BMS: The BMS itself might be malfunctioning, preventing it from sending the heartbeat signal.
• Loose connection: The connection between the BMS and the meter might be loose, interrupting the signal.
• Faulty Battery: The battery might have a problem that is preventing the BMS from working correctly.

Fix

• Check if the connection of the battery is loose.
• Change the battery.
