Cause
Error code 20E indicates that the right brake lever sensor is not detecting the lever in its initial position during the self-test. This could be due to:
- Short circuit: The right brake signal wire or the power wire might be shorted to ground or to each other, causing incorrect readings.
- Damaged brake lever sensor: The right brake lever sensor itself might be faulty or out of calibration.
- Incorrect lever position: The right brake lever might be physically stuck in a position other than its intended starting point.
- Faulty meter: The meter's sampling circuit, which monitors the brake lever position, might be damaged.
- Damaged brake lever: The right brake lever itself could be physically damaged.
Fix
- Turn the right brake lever to original position.
- Check if the connections are loose.
- Change the right brake lever.
- Change the meter.
