Cause

Error code 26E indicates that the IoT (Internet of Things) device is not sending out a regular heartbeat signal to the meter. This could be due to:

• Faulty IoT device: The IoT device itself might be malfunctioning, preventing it from sending the heartbeat signal.
• Loose connection: The connection between the IoT device and the meter might be loose, interrupting the signal.

Fix

• Check if the connection of the IoT is loose.
• Change the IoT.
