Cause

Error code 02E on an Okai scooter indicates that the battery voltage has fallen below a safe operating threshold (43V). This can happen due to:

Depleted battery: The scooter has been used extensively without recharging.
Battery damage: The battery may have internal damage or is nearing the end of its lifespan.
Faulty ECU sampling circuit: The ECU's circuit responsible for monitoring battery voltage is malfunctioning.

Charge the battery: Connect the scooter to a suitable charger and allow the battery to charge fully.
Check Battery Health: After charging, if the error persists, consider the following:
Battery Age: If the battery is old, it may be nearing the end of its lifespan and needs replacement.
Physical Inspection: Examine the battery for any signs of damage (bumps, cracks, leaks).
Replace the ECU: If the battery is in good condition and charging doesn't resolve the issue, the ECU may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
