Cause

Error code 11E indicates a problem with signal transmission between the ECU (controller) and other components of the scooter. This could be caused by:

  • Faulty wiring: The wiring connecting the ECU to other components, such as the motor, throttle, or display, could be damaged or broken.
  • Loose connections: One or more of the connectors between the ECU and other components might be loose.
  • Damaged connectors: A connector might be damaged or corroded, preventing a proper connection.
  • ECU malfunction: The ECU itself might be faulty, unable to send or receive signals correctly.

Fix

  • Check wiring: Carefully inspect the wiring connecting the ECU to other components for any signs of damage, breaks, or loose connections.
  • Secure connections: Make sure all the connectors between the ECU and other components are securely connected.
  • Clean or replace connectors: If connectors are corroded or damaged, clean them or replace them.
  • Replace the ECU: If the problem persists, the ECU might be faulty. Consider replacing the ECU.
