Ninebot Flasher is a Microsoft Store app that enables users to flash DRV firmware onto Ninebot Scooters and modify their serial numbers.
It connects over BLE.

Ninebot Flasher can be downloaded here
Usage
For flashing, Ninebot-Flasher takes .bin.enc files, and works with the ESX Series and Max Series scooters.
To change the serial, press Ctrl+Alt+A to enable advanced mode, then edit the serial.
Ninebot Flasher is no longer maintained, so users should look for other apps. At the moment, most apps are Android only.
